Privacy
Short version: your details are used to run your appointment, and nothing else. They are never sold.
What is collected
When you book: your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, notes and who referred you. The site also records which page or link brought you here (for example a Google or Instagram link) so the business knows which channels work.
How it is used
To confirm, remind you about and manage your appointment; to contact you about it by phone, text or email; and to keep a simple visit history (for example your last visit) so the barber can serve you well. If you joined the waitlist, you may be contacted when a spot opens.
Where it is stored
Booking data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. If the barber's Google Workspace calendar is connected, appointments are also copied to that calendar. No payment details are collected on this site.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies are set unless analytics tools are enabled; if they are, they are used to measure visits and bookings. The admin area uses a single login cookie for the business owner only.
