Simple rules so everyone gets their full appointment.
Booking
Appointments booked online are confirmed instantly. You'll get a confirmation page with a personal link to add it to your calendar, reschedule or cancel. Prices shown are starting prices; very long or thick hair, designs and add-ons can add to the total.
Running late
Please arrive on time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, text (609) 401-7358 — the service may need to be shortened, or moved, so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Use the link from your confirmation to cancel or move your appointment, at least 2 hours before it starts. Inside 2 hours, please call or text (609) 401-7358.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice take a spot from someone else. Clients with repeated no-shows may be asked to prepay or book by phone.
Kids
Kids cuts are for children who can stay seated for the full haircut. A parent or guardian should stay for the appointment.
Payment
Cash and cards are accepted. Tips are appreciated, never expected.
